This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We collect only what we need to run the service.

1. Information we collect

Your name, email and phone number; the in-game IDs you enter; your order history; and basic technical data such as device/browser information.

2. How we use it

To process and deliver your orders, provide support, send order confirmations, prevent fraud, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Payment data

Card and bank details are processed entirely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. TopUpWorld never sees or stores your full card number. Account passwords are stored only as salted scrypt hashes and are never readable.

4. Cookies

We use a secure, httpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support.

6. Data retention

We keep order records as required for accounting and dispute resolution, and delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.
