Refund & Cancellation Policy

In-game currency and voucher codes are delivered digitally and instantly, so most sales are final once delivered. This policy explains the exceptions.

1. Failed or non-delivered orders

If your payment is charged but the top-up is not delivered due to a fault on our side, we will either re-deliver the order or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2. How to request a refund

Raise a request within 7 days of the order, including your order ID and the registered email. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.

3. Wrong ID entered

Orders delivered to an incorrect Player/Character ID entered by you are not eligible for a refund, because the currency has already been delivered to that account. Please double-check your ID — we show your in-game username before payment to help avoid this.

4. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once delivery has started, as digital delivery is near-instant.
